We proudly serve clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. If you’re outside our typical service area, please contact us — we’re happy to discuss accommodations or special arrangements.

What can I expect during my initial appointment?
Each visit begins with a detailed consultation to understand your hearing goals and lifestyle. We then conduct a thorough diagnostic evaluation and review results immediately, followed by tailored recommendations for treatment or technology suited to your needs.

How long does an appointment take?
Appointments typically last 45–60 minutes, allowing time for both evaluation and discussion. We take pride in providing care that feels thorough, never rushed.

Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay audiology practice and are not in network with insurance providers. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, some clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request for submission to your insurer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash.

Do you provide hearing aids?
Yes. We offer a hand-selected range of premium hearing aid technology from world-leading manufacturers. Each device is customized to your hearing profile and daily lifestyle for exceptional clarity and comfort.

Do you service hearing aids purchased elsewhere?
In most cases, yes. We can assess, clean, and reprogram many models, depending on the manufacturer’s compatibility and software access.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please provide a quiet, well-lit space with access to an outlet or table surface. We bring all necessary diagnostic and fitting equipment to you.

Do you visit senior living communities?
Absolutely. We partner with retirement communities, independent living residences, and luxury senior communities to provide convenient on-site hearing care events and individual appointments.

What if my hearing aids need adjustment or repair?
We provide in-home maintenance, cleaning, and reprogramming services. If a repair is required, we’ll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to minimize disruption.
